Hand-selected and fermented for 36 hours, this Red Bourbon from Colombian innovator Wilton Benitez delivers an un-imaginable flavour profile. This is the same coffee used in the decaffeinated version we have listed.
Tasting notes
This is an absolutely wild coffee. We're tasting a super distinct note of Lemongrass, moving into a Tropical Fruit Salad, I'm sipping this now and getting notes of Passionfruit and Pineapple. Then there's this delicious layered sweet and sticky Lemon Sorbet acidity to round everything out. Guys, this is a World Class decaf, enough said.

Such good decaf - I love coffee and I’m picky about it.
I’ve now tried the Mexican, Dark Knight and this one. All 3 are nice. The Colombian has a gentle flavor (still tastes great) and great crema. I make it as an espresso with soy milk . My favourite of the 3 is the dark knight but this is a close second.
For the first time in my life, I can enjoy and finish the whole cup and look forward to another coffee, without bringing on heart palpitations and feeling unwell. No bitterness, no nasty chemicals, just delicious coffee that i challenge any caffeinated coffee drinker to tell the difference! This one is by far my favourite, but all the others I've tried are delicious too! Thank you DECAF Co for this amazing quality decaf coffee! 🙌❤️
