Honey processed at Cofinet’s La Pradera station and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, this coffee delivers vibrant fruit sweetness, a plush honeyed texture, and remarkable depth — without the caffeine.
Luz Helena has spent more than two decades elevating her craft, refining her farming practices, and selecting only the ripest cherries with help from her sons, Carlos and Felipe. Her dedication shows in every cup: expressive, elegant, and full of character.
Beyond coffee, Luz is a pillar in her community, supporting humanitarian groups that provide food, clothing, and resources to vulnerable families, the elderly, and people displaced by violence. Her work uplifts both the land and the people who call it home — making this a coffee with true heart behind it.
