As winter eases and the chill shifts, we wanted a decaf that feels like the season itself - comforting at first sip, then bright and alive. Editions: Volume 1 blends three standout lots from Mexico, Ethiopia and Colombia - to balance creamy vanilla, warm nutmeg, and a zesty super fresh orange.
Each component is decaffeinated using clean, specialty methods (Mountain Water, Swiss Water and Sugar Cane Processes) to preserve nuance while removing 99% of caffeine — no chemicals, no flatness, just absolute deliciousness. We roast to a sweet, versatile medium roast profile so it shines as a flat white, cold brew, or iced pour over. It’s the ritual you love, tuned for spring.

It's no news that we have a huge range of decafs available to us at any one time. So we decided to create a blend that best represented the season we've just entered.
To create this blend we work backwards from our goal tasting profile and than carefully select the correct beans at the correct percentages to best represent the flavours we're after.
We wanted to capture our favourite fruit, Ripe Oranges or Mandarin, then hold that flavour with a comforting Vanilla and Spice base. We think we've done a pretty good job of this one!

Sorry guys, but this is nothing like a full flavoured indonesion/ Sumatran coffee. We regularly drink these coffee's and if im being honest I couldn't tell the difference between this and the some of your other decaffs we always get. There is certainly nothing bold about it. We'll be sticking to our regular decaff we get from you.

Great decaf coffee! Just as good as caffeinated only better because we can enjoy it after dinner and we still sleep soundly. It's clean, no nasty chemicals and that translates to a smooth taste, not acidic or bitter.
