This coffee won a silver medal in the world's largest coffee roasting competition Golden Bean 2024.

We were super excited to win this, in all honesty we kinda knew this was going to win something because it's tastes so dang good!

On a 250km route from Oaxaca city towards the Pacific Coast, you'll find the renowned coffee region, Pluma. Old, extinct volcanoes dot the landscape, contributing to the fertile volcanic soil ideal for coffee cultivation.

The region's humid climate, coupled with significant rainfall, nurtures the coffee plants. Thankfully, during coffee harvest, the weather remains predominantly dry.

Traditional varieties, including Pluma Hidalgo, Arabica Tipica, and Bourbon, are still grown in this region. Smaller farms with efficient washing and sun drying facilities are common. It's customary for farmers here to thoroughly sort their coffee during the wet milling process, which results in beautifully processed parchment coffee.

From January to March, the main harvest season, the coffee beans are sun-dried, enhancing the coffee's flavour. The region is known for its low production per hectare, typically producing only four bags on average.

Pure & Guilt-free

caffeine-free, naturally

Our coffee is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, a chemical-free method that uses pure spring water from Pico de Orizaba in Mexico.

It carefully removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s original flavor and aroma.

This decaf blend just tastes so good. It's now my favourite, so I ordered it again!

Delicious

For my first order I bought small packages to trial. I then ordered from a different company to trial and came back here as the quality and taste of the sugar cane method had me hooked, whilst the other coffees were great, too. Fast and reliable delivery was another reason and the friendly email communication. I’ll stay!

You're right Decaf can taste great!

I was a little skeptical at first that decaf could taste good. Not only good but great. No BS. I used to only have 1 or 2 coffees a week. How did i survive? I love the taste of a good coffee but not the jitters and that anxiety feeling. Its also gotten worse the older i have gotten too. I was always jealous when friends would come over and have a coffee after dinner and i was stuck drinking tea.
Well, not any more. Im sipping my latte without the side effects. I can now sit back and relax and enjoy a coffee at night after dinner too.
As its just me drinking the decaf i have tried freezing the pre-ground coffee as suggested by Decaf Co. storing it in the air tight bag it came in and another zip lock bag.
Still tastes great, i cant tell the difference. So i fill up a small air tight jar in the cupboard and just refill it from the freezer when i need it.
So far ive only tried the Mexico one and I look forward to trying the Dark Knight next.
Gotta go....coffee time.

Im very happy customer.

Really like this decaf coffee. Smells and tastes the same as regular coffee.
I now drink a decaf coffee later in the day without any side effects.
Thank you for an amazing decaf coffee.

Unreal healthy Decaf!

I am so thankful to have discovered Decaf Co. To be able to find fresh Decaf that is not only delicious but to be able to choose ORGANIC decaffeinated coffee that is NATURALLY decaffeinated is exceptional. Since discovering Decaf Co I rarely drink non decaffeinated coffee. The Mexico Chiapas Organic has a lovely smooth flavour, not sharp or shallow. It slides on down real well .. those who I've shared this one with have loved it too. Thank you Decaf Co!🌺
