Decaf with Purpose, Grown by Women Who are Rewriting the Rules
This isn’t just a delicious cup of coffee. It’s a story of empowerment.
Sourced from the Tuvemubukene Women’s Cooperative in Rwanda’s Western Province, this ultra-limited decaf offering comes from a group of women who banded together in 2015 to change their future - and their families’ futures - through coffee.
Their name, Tuvemubukene, means “to get out of poverty.” And they’ve done just that -growing from 30 founders to over 65 members, supplementing their income with sewing and basketmaking, and creating a community that thrives on self-sufficiency, quality, and dignity.
Their cherries are hand-sorted and sun-dried at the Nyamyumba washing station, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process to preserve every vibrant, complex note.

Expect vibrant and fruit forward notes, moving into a super silky and creamy honey sweetness. We're getting loads of mandarin juiciness out of this and super excited by the complexities of this Natural process.
