Unreal healthy Decaf!

I am so thankful to have discovered Decaf Co. To be able to find fresh Decaf that is not only delicious but to be able to choose ORGANIC decaffeinated coffee that is NATURALLY decaffeinated is exceptional. Since discovering Decaf Co I rarely drink non decaffeinated coffee. The Mexico Chiapas Organic has a lovely smooth flavour, not sharp or shallow. Great taste

For someone who loves coffee, I was gutted to give up coffee. Decaf Co coffees generally taste really good and I especially love the taste of this Mexico-Chiapas coffee, which I get regularly.

The best decaf ever !!

I always hated the taste of decaf and couldn’t stand it until I became pregnant and had to change my caffeine intake…… Coffee was probably to hardest adjustment!

I never really had coffee for caffeine but more for the taste and the morning cozy ritual. I absolutely LOVE this coffee and since caffeine was never my main goal I’ll just keep drinking it even after pregnancy/breastfeeding. It’s just that good!!

Tasting Notes:

Distinct malt notes upfront and dark chocolate throughout, with an enjoyable citric acidity to finish.

Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon predominate the varieties showcased here, primarily sourced from Chiapas and Veracruz. This is a floral, citrusy, happy coffee. As is common with many Mexican coffees, these lots are blends from smallholder farmers and do not have regional specificity.

The Swiss Water® Process used for decaffeination of this coffee employs water, gently removing caffeine while maintaining the coffee's inherent flavour and quality. This method results in a premium decaf that coffee lovers can truly savour, knowing it's crafted with care and quality in mind.

The result is amazing decaf that everyone can enjoy.

We can guarantee that any order leaving our warehouse has been roasted fresh within 48hrs. Nothing leaves our roastery a minute older. You may think, "Well what do you do with the older decafs? Throw them out?"

That's a fair question, well, we distribute these throughout our network of cafes who will use the decaf much quicker before it goes stale!

In most cases we opt to use couriers as they are much quicker at the moment then AusPost. There are exceptions depending on your location whether you're rural or metro. Either way you have an option to choose AusPost Express during checkout if you wish.

For starters we only purchase the best decafs our coffee importers have on offer. If that wasn't good enough, you'll find that we have the biggest selection of decafs in Australia. No one, has this many options and is able to roast them fresh. We're dedicated to decaf! :)
