Wow this one is special! Paying homage to the warmer weather leaving us we wanted to get some tropical vibes into this. Upfront we get a distinct note of Sweet Orange Juice, followed by a delicious sparkling Ginger Beer that gives you that subtle comforting warmth. Rounding out with a refreshing sweetness you get from dipping and licking your finger in some Caster Sugar. The team keep going back and forth from Passionfruit Syrup too but we couldn't fit enough notes on the label!

Editions Vol. 2 is our latest Seasonal Blend — a vibrant, fruit-forward decaf built to show just how exciting great decaf can be.
This release combines 70% Huila de Caña with 30% Peñas Blancas Pink Bourbon, creating a cup that’s bright, layered, and incredibly sweet. Up front, we’re getting a fresh orange juice character that gives the blend a lively first impression, before it rolls into a more tropical passionfruit syrup zestiness. In the background, there’s a really intriguing ginger beer spice, followed by a clean caster sugar twang on the finish.
It’s juicy, complex, and seriously delicious — the kind of decaf that makes you stop and go back for another sip.

It's no news that we have a huge range of decafs available to us at any one time. So we decided to create a blend that best represented the season we've just entered.
To create this blend we work backwards from our goal tasting profile and than carefully select the correct beans at the correct percentages to best represent the flavours we're after.
We wanted to capture our favourite fruit, Ripe Oranges or Mandarin, then hold that flavour with a comforting Vanilla and Spice base. We think we've done a pretty good job of this one!
