Hush Blend 40% Cocoa is the perfect decadent drinking chocolate blend. It is smooth and delicious, perfect for hot chocolates, iced chocolates and smoothies or used in desserts and baked goods…Relax!
Hot drink
- add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to a mug
- pour in 250ml hot milk of choice
- stir and enjoy!
Cold drink
- add 2 heaped teaspoons into a mug
- pour a little hot water to make a paste
- pour in 250ml cold milk of choice
- add ice or ice cream, blend and enjoy!
Make your own liquid concentrate
- add 1kg Hush chocolate to a stainless steel bowl
- add 800 ml of boiling water
- whisk thoroughly and pour into a squeeze bottle
- pour 20 ml in a cup
- add hot milk, stir and enjoy!

Rich, dark amazing drinking chocolate. I’ve yet to use it in baking but is beautiful to drink. Cooking with it seems a waste.
