Recipe:

HOT

Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to a mug
Pour in 250ml hot milk of choice
Stir and enjoy

COLD

Add 2 heaped teaspoons into a mug
Pour a little hot water to make a paste
Pour in 250ml cold milk of choice
Add ice or icecream, blend and enjoy!
